[Albion] Most goals in prem season outside big 6?

Outside of the ‘big 6’, I can only find Newcastle with more in one season when they almost won the league (and Blackburn but 42 games and less goals per game).

Crazy achievement but could be wrong, I checked Leeds, villa, Leicester, wolves, Leeds, West Ham, Everton etc.
