The most famous globally is probably Ice-T who I met when Bodycount played the Event sometime in the 90s.

Personal favourite was when Babes In Toyland actually gatecrashed MY birthday party and I got a birthday snog from Kat Bjelland.

I would have to nominate 2

Tony Blair - leaving All Saints Church at the corner of Eaton Road and The drive. I was with my son on our way to our Glorious 1st Championship win and as we were passing he emerged from the church. Thought I'd try my luck and asked him to sign my sons cricket bat. He waved us over, flashbulbs going mental. The embarrassing thing the next day the photo in the papers showed me but only the top of the head of my son. One thing I did notice was the amount of security who were tooled to the hilt...

Sean Connery - Met him in the antique shop which was on the corner of Church road (opposite 2nd Avenue), now a cafe/restaurant. A most pleasant gentleman and took time for photo's etc

Over to you

* can I please state that I'm not a stalker

Great to meet Tony bLiar. Did you ask about the debt legacy Brown & he were to leave us all?

On top of the other 2 I previously mentioned, there is also the Aussie cricket squad who turned up at The Imperial hotel. I used to live at the bottom of 1st Avenue and used to meet my pal for a QP (quick pint) after work. As they were getting off the coach, Merv Hughes, Shane Warne (on his 1st Ashes test) they were told they could have the next day officially off. Well out came the cases of Castlemaine from the bus, and Merv put a case on our table. What a great night, took some explaining to the wife though. Didnt make work either. told my boss I had a bit of man flu as I didn't think for 1 minute he would believe the truth
