No question Spurs away.....48,000....Paul Clark was immense....

Has to be this one!

November 19, 1977 - fabulous game, incredible atmosphere, both keepers superb, especially Eric Steele, and attendance 48,613!

(Not so good at the end of the season with the Southampton-Spurs stitch-up!)

Still Somewhere in Sussex!
I really enjoyed Peterborough away last season.
Entertaining game, chances for both sides. Great atmosphere on the away terrace, despite a gate of only 8,000.
And all the results that night went for us to help us stay in the play-off positions :albion2:

Sheffield United at home 1985, great game.

sheff utd home august 85:thumbsup:

Beat me to it.

great shout!

am I right in thinking this was a night game

abit further back,Halifax at the Goldstone another night game

I concur - that was the one that immediately sprang to mind for me. It must have been one heck of a 0-0, if 5 people still regard it as a cracking game nearly 30 years later.

yep Spurs away, there were 49800 there, massive game, john Duncan hit the post for them right in fron of us with about 10 minutes to go, it was an immense performance and an immense point.
0-0s can be great days.

without a doubt, still got the scars !!!!

I can't believe I managed to get in the Shelf at the beginning of the game....with two pissed up mates. ...we lived to survive the tale and walked round the pitch to behind the goal....all good!!

A better 0-0 I can't imagine to experience. Some of the other mentioned games I can't imagine those people were at this game.
