I don't hate Maguire, I almost feel sorry for him that he's being shown up in such a public way and is basically hated by his own club's and nation's fans so viscerally.
Although I do find most England fans I chat to seem to like him.

Grealish, wore the Green and then binned his shirt for England. Capital offence. Also his curious goal which cost us the title at Villa.

Strange voting. I get that people aren't keen on Kane. but to have him above Neymar, Martinez and Richarlison. Seriously?

Bruno Fernandes is the epitome of everything despicable about football, constantly whinging at referees, cheating, playing the victim etc

The worst thing is he’s a bloody good player.

Fernandez. At Wembley, can't remember who (Webbo?) brushed his shoulder and he goes down clutching his face. What a cheating, ugly, diving, goofy gormless c-nut. Just can't stand the bloke.

Haha is all pantomime villain and loves to roll about,, but the argy bargy Veltz and him got into was brilliant. Both thoroughly enjoyed it I think, gave as good as he got rather than doing a Fernandez and rolling around as soon as someone breathed near him.

Kane too. Cheating diving so and so. Intense dislike overrides any England loyalty.

Grealish would have at Villa but he's matured at City.
This but I excluded Grealish the child shin pad wearing floppy haired prancing pony as he does a lot of work for charity and looks after the young fans

I'm hard pressed to pick a player, I dont hate them for doing their job. Haha although Public Enemy no1 isn't a dirty player imo.

Vote goes to Klopp.

Subjectively, it's clearly Bruno Fernandes.

Objectively, it's Neymar or Cristiano Ronaldo. Detestable people.

Richarlison you say?

'Richarlison – or the Pigeon, as fans know him, thanks to his avian-style celebrations – is by far the most progressive member of Brazil’s seleção. In recent years, as his homeland fell under the control of Bolsonaro’s far-right administration, Richarlison has repeatedly spoken out on topics such as racism, poverty, police and gender violence, LGBTQ+ rights and environmental destruction.

He questioned how Brazil’s yellow jersey had been dragged into the country’s political dispute, and adopted a jaguar to highlight the threats to Brazil’s Pantanal wetlands.

When the British journalist Dom Phillips and Brazilian Indigenous expert Bruno Pereira vanished in the Amazon in June, Richarlison was one of the first celebrities to champion the campaign to try to find them.

During Brazil’s devastating coronavirus emergency – which Bolsonaro called a “little flu” – Richarlison publicly backed vaccination efforts that the science-denying president had actively undermined.

“He’s not only a star on the pitch, he’s a star off it too,” said the favela activist Rene Silva, remembering how Richarlison donated oxygen cylinders to the Amazon city of Manaus when its healthcare system buckled during the pandemic.

Neymar however...'alienated millions of progressive Brazilians by supporting Bolsonaro’s failed re-election bid and then promising to dedicate his first World Cup goal to him. Other players, including the defender Dani Alves, have also backed Bolsonaro'.

I have voted for Kane. Whiney cheat, although it is the fawning around him by sycophantic pundits that’s actually the most dislikable part.
I like Gordon. Gives everything and will be a great player. Sorry, but I have mellowed towards Zaha and I enjoy the part he plays in our matches with them.

Kane all day long.
He’s a cheat, a snide, a flat track bully and massively overrated (IMO). His ‘me me me’ attitude arguably cost England and Spurs in finals that he insisted on playing in when clearly not fit.
I’ve been told by someone near the ‘football family’ that he has far too much influence on England squad selections and that away from football he’s not a particularly likeable person (not sure if bits important!)

Fernandes - no explanation needed
Klopp - moaning ****
Martinez - seems like an out and out ****

Maguire is too pathetic to hate, and I agree with those saying Zaha is more of a pantomime villain, and I like that he gets the rivalry. Grealish has won me over - I enjoy his interviews, and he seems more genuine and less bland/sanitised than most footballers.

Martinez is right up there for me. Still not a big fan of Greasy but I can see he is getting there slowly with help from Uncle Pep!
