Well it isn't, but of course if this were true (and the source is Talksport, so probably not), then clubs will do what they always do, which is to look after their narrow short term interestsNot sure it's in anyone's interest to bail them out.
Yep. A very quiet transfer window has come at a very unfortunate time for Chelsea. Not sure it's in anyone's interest to bail them out.

It is of interest if a team is suddenly able to get international standard players for cheaper than they're worth. Not sure it's in anyone's interest to bail them out.
Doesn't sound good for them. The heart bleeds.

Shouldn't be a problem. They do have infinite athletes - at least that's what their shirt says.Chelsea told they need to sell £100m of homegrown talent or fall foul of FFP
Chelsea could fall foul of breaching Financial Fair Play rules – unless they raise at least £100million by selling homegrown stars. The Blues have forked out over £1billion under their new ow…talksport.com

He was also introduced as a "former advisor to Manchester City" so...The ‘source’ is actually a qualified lawyer experienced in financial regulation, speaking on Talksport.
Do you insult El Pres in the same way when he's asked for a dull opinion ?Speaking or shouting?
If he was speaking it'll be the first and last time he appears.
But if he's had the good sense to shout 'chelsea might be docked a bazillion points', he'll have his own show by next week.
Not sure they'll even get that - think the market is going to see a big correction in the next window (and possibly explains why Tony is keeping his wallet shut in terms of 'PL ready' signings)A quick glance of Chelsea contracts show the HGP players minus Gallagher are not up for years, why would any of these youngsters take a pay cut?
They will get £50 million for Gallagher, but no one is paying what they want for Broja

Think Levy was the same, Spurs desperately needed a CB, but seems are waiting for the summer when FFP bites for anything else. Not sure they'll even get that - think the market is going to see a big correction in the next window (and possibly explains why Tony is keeping his wallet shut in terms of 'PL ready' signings)
£50m plus add-ons I think they quoted Fulham and Wolverhampton? Then a straight £5m loan fee plus appearance related add-ons up to £8m until the end of the season.
Very much depends on how he does in this loan move but I think they'd be struggling to get more than £35m for him currently.
I'm never awake.Do you insult El Pres in the same way when he's asked for a dull opinion ?
