More dog poop bins please. More Councils to take responsibility and install and maintain them, especially on unadopted housing developments where they take the same council tax and give back as little as possible in return. Rant over.

What does the " Less kids " part of the article relate to ?

Are they encouraging people not to have " unwanted " children?

If so then that's the better message.

My Boss adopted a young baby girl from Russia about 10 years ago and he said when he went to pick her up it was absolutely shocking the amount of children in orphanages and the condition of those orphanages.
