...would you go to the match tomorrow ?

Lets just say that when the clock strikes midnight tonight, you have got until Midnight tomorrow night and then you'll be DEAD. You have a ticket to the Leeds match in your back pocket. From Midnight you have got 24 hours to live. What do you do ? What do you do ?

Do you go for a few drinks, attend the match, and then meet up with everyone afterwards to enjoy your last evening on this mortal Earth ? Or do you finally abandon all thoughts of the Albion, and instead concentrate on spending what little time you have left with the people closest to you ? Is football really that much "life and death" that you would dedicate your final afternoon to Withdean ? Perhaps the Albion is and has been such a big part of your life, it would only feel right and proper for you to take in one last game...or are some things more important ?

Perhaps you could get a lift with Richie and park at the ground, avoiding the time-consuming, life-sapping drudgery of Park & Ride.

Tomorrow is your last day. What would YOU do ?

Is it the last day of earth, or just the last day for me personally. If the earth was going to blow up I doubt the match would go ahead.

Football everytime. The missies will soon die and came and join me in the great Goldstone in the sky. The ALBION however will go on for ever.

Its the last day for you PERSONALLY Richie.

(and from some of your recent threads, I wouldn't take it for granted that its completely hypothetical...)

In that case...

Spend morning having sex and taking mind bending drugs.

Afternoon watching the albion.

Evening with family and friend.

Just the one friend for you then, Richie? Why doesn't that surprise me?

:)

I would empty my bank account and buy some very expensive cocaine off the block, a few bottles of Chablis, ask my girlfriend one last time if she wouldn't mind putting on a lipstick lesbian floorshow for me with her sexy freind Lucy, dance all night to early 90's House Anthems then start the morning with some soothing Alternative Country and Puccini classics, have a full English fry-up but leave the beans, go straight down the pub for a few Stella's and then head of to the match with my Dad and Brother and sing my heart out for the lads, get a bit teary, go back down the pub and phone everyone I know and love to see if they can make it down and stay there drinking, snorting, hugging, dancing and probably throwing-up until the fateful hour arrived.

DOH with the albion game obviously in there somewhere too.... on a personal note it can prove very uplifting in times of greaf to watch the albion.. the day after my mum died i decided i would still go to the albion and we beat torquay 6-2.
