Yep, 46 years since Neil Armstrong took that 'one small step' with the world watching.

For those around at the time, did you watch it? In this day and age, at least until we go to Mars, its hard to imagine one event uniting everyone the way that did.

For anyone like me (and those that did) who didn't see or hear the whole process back in the day, but loved it all. The JFK museam made available in real time in 2009 all the audio recordings live in one take, I listened to loads (not a lot happens for large chunks) but I loved it.

They have now been developed and online with excellent graphics, animations and photos from the time, with the advantage of those without the patience to listen to 100 odd hours of audio, that you can jump ahead to eleven key moments, I highly recommend it, it can take hours of your life away but its really fab...
