still waiting for credit card info (would paying something towards it help..?), and the council tax banding thing (voa.gov.uk) does not seem to know my block of flats even exists..

I tried the Council Tax thing last night, but mine was right! And tried to reclaim my mortgage exit fees on Monday but I didn't qualify.

Will be applying for a refund of loan insurance policies and credit card late payment fees though. Hopefully have more luck with that.
