Also just to clarify- I didn’t say anything about ‘hitting the jackpot’ (whatever that means) - what I said is that for every player or key member of staff, the Club already has a target replacement for should they leave with little warning - this is common knowledge.

I trust TB/PB’s decision-making with the Club’s buying and selling - it’s part of a sustainable business plan that has us currently in 6th place half way through the season - TB/PB is not going to sanction a fire sale that leaves the team in serious jeopardy of dive bombing out of the PL. Over the coming seasons there will be peaks and troughs but overall I think BHA has a proven record under TB of continually developing and improving and aiming for a European challenge ( which will come to fruition if not this season then within a few.). Selling MC now or in the Summer won’t make any difference to that long term plan IMO.

Perhaps he will run through important messages like im getting you a move and a big pay rise with a champions medal are you ok with that Moises er yeah what well ok. You know what your'e doing.

Sorry to quote a reply to another message but I couldn't agree more with your sentiment. The club's approach to transfers has served us well so far so I think we can trust their judgement with this and future dealings.

Part of issue with all this Caicedo business, is the cumulative situation going on.

Losing Trossard was a shame, but with Caicedo asking to go, and the likelihood of us losing MacAllister in the summer and probable offers for Mitoma too, I think in the space of 6 months we could have lost our complete engine room.

For me this is more sickening rather than just losing any one player.

If someone gave me an opportunity, paid me well and nurtured and looked after me and within a year or so someone else gave me the opportunity to triple my wages I'd show some loyalty to the person who gave me the chance even if it meant a bit of short term loss. Although Enoch is not the best example of your point given the loyalty and support shown to him by the club post his playing career. No-one is asking Caicedo to pledge commitment to BHA for the remainder of his career. Rather, people are pointing out that he has a contract (a two way arrangement) that he has been asked to honour until the Summer and that for him to try to force Tony’s hand on Instagram is out of order.
