just seen that according to Ben Jacobs Chelsea are still very much interested in Moises.

At what point do we say that the price for Moises is X but for Chelsea it is double that?
I imagine there is a price, very very high, that will get the deal done, whether it's Chelsea (Albion lite), Real Madrid or Accrington Stanley that make the offer.

Hope it doesn't happen yet though.

Given they're saying name your price to other clubs I'd say now. Over 100million or nothing.
yep, I also just read that Chelsea have said they will blow any offer 'out of the water' when referring to the Ukrainian lad they are trying to buy. I'm not if its true as it would be stupid. I just don't get it though........I thought they'd changed approach and that Potter was sold on a project. From the outside they just seem to be playing fantasy football all over again.

The Boehly "strategy" is to basically read the BBC Gossip column and see which player is mentioned most over a week and whack in a silly money bid.

"Arsenal want Mudryk? Now I want Mudryk!"
"Liverpool want Caicedo? Now I want Caicedo!"

It's the strategy pf a 5 year old, not a serious football club

Yep , you can have a lot of money but have zero football sense . We are very fortunate we have an owner that has a very high level of football knowledge built over many years together with a statistical mind that is probably genius level . That’s the reason we can compete at the high level we are .

But they’ve just walked away (at the moment) from the Enzo deal because of the €105M release clause haven’t they ?

May be just me but mega expensive players with massive egos does not seem to me to be a structure that GP will ever flourish in. Nowhere near savvy enough or tough enough to ride that roller coaster, with boos and abuse coming from the touchline too imo

Chelsea want to follow the Brighton path but on a level that I suggest we would struggle with

God how I loathe this f***ing tool.
He gets far more wrong than right but is a shit stirring wanker who is obviously paid by certain agents to help unsettle players.

Barber has made it clear we will not be selling, I believe him over anyone else.

Apparently he's now only earning £3000 p/w.

Where do these idiots get their info and why do they believe it?
