Not just the tabloids. The i today is trying to sell him to Liverpool, but someone called Katherine Lucas (who? Exactly) thinks he was on loan in Belgium in the second ghalf of last season and only got his chance because Bissouma was sold. So not exactly a credible sauce.

Genuinely, I always ignore the i today. They've done something online to make them prominent when you type in a player's name and transfer.

Lovely picture on his Instagram today of his parents at Brighton Marina with his dad in a Brighton training top.
Hope they’ll be seeing another great Moises performance tomorrow.
Lets hope he’s in the squad the Liverpool rumours are gathering pace. Klopp apparently has a wish list of two midfielder players.

Why would he take his visiting parents to the shittest marina in the country? Of all the things Brighton has to offer FFS.

Maybe he hates them?

Potter on a rumoured £42m Caicedo bid:

"I think you'd probably get his boots for that knowing the chairman"

That's funny.......there's enough there to confirm anything short of a completely absurd number isn't going to be enough at this point in time.

Which is what we all 'knew' but it's good to hear it from an official source.

One hell of a pair of boots for £42m mind.

About Moisés Caicedo and his future I was able to learn the following:
- Brighton is not going to sell it this season, it is ESSENTIAL for the 2022-2023 season project
- His price is around £100,000,000
- They expect him to make a great World Cup (just like Pervis and Jeremy)

It does not move

His price isn't around £100m. After the £42m buying his boots quip, an interviewer asked if the bid would have to be closer to £100m, to which potter replied "Yeah, well, they can try". He was clearly just dismissing the question.

£100M? Silly money? - yes. Do we want to sell him now? - no.

There is no evidence that anyone is thinking of making an offer

There is no evidence that he is on only £3k a week.

There is no evidence of an asking price.

Yet still it is quoted as fact :ffsparr:

Oh yeah, definitely. £100m is a stupid amount and I wouldn't be too surprised if Bloom would end up accepting something like that. I was just pointing out how this rumour is built on basically nothing. Despite that I bet all the papers quote it today.
