People need to remember this is to sign one of the hottest talents in Europe - not some random South American from a favela who will just sign because we are a premier league team.

As this club progresses we are going to have to deal with players who are a bit high maintenance and highly strung, comes with the territory.

That’s assuming any of the rumours are true, certainly doesn’t make him a dick head for negotiating hard/wanting the best for himself.

Don Mitchell isn’t particularly reliable. I think he mooted Mohammed Camara to us or Leeds last summer and he ended up going to Monaco I think.

Yeah, I agree with this. It’s easy for us as fans but players careers are made/broken by these kinds of decisions. It’s important for them to make sure they are doing the right things.
