Thanks Cannedheat but I don't have Paint Shop. And if I did I am such and utter Joey that I wouldn't know how to use it.

Can't I just send the link to a MOD and get them to do the rest?

Alright I'm getting seriously peed off with this now. I have wasted my company's time and money trying to sort this and have given up. How dare they expect me to do a decent job when I can't get NSC frothing with an avatar of such quality. FFS. Surely someone out there can help. I'm beggin now people
