[Help] Mobile tickets question

I bought 2 tickets for Newcastle away in the FA Cup tomorrow. Because I left it late the only option it gave was downloadable mobile tickets. I have only just downloaded them now and only shows 1 ticket/seat. As I am the lead fan, member or whatever is this right? Are both tickets there but only showing mine? And don't want to get there and only let just one of us in.

Ask the other person going if they have had an email from the club (check their spam folder).

I had the same problem . Was going to contact the club then another email arrived so able to upload other ticket.
