[Albion] Mobile App / Season Ticket

Hi All,

My iPhone has given up the ghost after 8 years loyal service and I have moved over to Android. Previously, my season ticket was just in the wallet on iPhone and would renew each year with me not having to do anything.

A mate has told me to download the official albion app and I will be able to download the ticket there. However, when I open it, and go to the tickets section of my account the "Add to Mobile Wallet" option is greyed out.

It does let me select individual games but again, that button is greyed out.

Any advice on this would be welcome!

Don't have to do it through the app, just go to tickets.brightonandhovealbion.com in your internet browser and log in. See if the download option works from there.

My ST (on an Android phone) hasn't updated to the new season yet, so it might not be available currently? Almost 6 weeks until the first home game, so not exactly urgent.

Ah good point. Mine hasn't either so presumably the digital STs haven't been released yet.

I think you can only have it on the one phone so you may have to delete from your Apple phone.

Spoke to ticket office has we have moved seats , apparently the link will arrive about a week before the season

When I changed from Apple to Android I had to phone up the club, I think they set something up differently, mind you season tickets arnt there yet so maybe wait.
