The same way that you play a player like Lynch is the first team. If your side are looking tired and jaded with 20 minutes to go and you're under pressure fom the home side then you use every resource available to you to try to prevent losing. McGhee didn't.

And presumably you think we should fork out compensation for McGhee as well as the costs of hiring a new manager? Mind you, you're probably one of the lot that thinks we can afford half the decent strikers in the division.
