Perhaps we should draw up a football league table based entirely on population?

Why should football do such a big favour to Milton Keynes and not, say, Maidstone or Basingstoke or Worthing or Penzance?

The first "lower league " result I look for is MK just to see that they've lost, hopefully in front of a small crowd.

The problem as I see it is when a club goes bust for whatever reason or leaves the league it has to slot in somewhere. What would we have said had the Albion gone bust a few years ago, where should we have rejoined the footballing pyramid, Conference level, Ryman League, County League or even park football. Aldershot went into liquidation, they joined the then ICIS league in the third division, I saw them play Horsham that season, should they have started lower down as the newly formed club wasn't really the same as the original but shared part of the name.

Hard choice, but whatever happens someone is bound to feel hard done by.

If we ever play MK Dons away I would boycott.

Just to go with the swings and roudabouts of it all though, Kingstonian fans are hardly happy with the way they have been muscled out of Kingsmeadow.
