Yeh, that was a pretty good goal.

On loan from Argyle isn't he?

No thanks to "Backtrack" Thomson's inability to tackle.

I'm going to say this again, when you're playing a out and out central midfielder on the right wing. Then its suicidal. He was drifting in so much, that we didn't have a right winger, it left Whing without any cover and at some points he was doing two jobs. Thomson wasn't at fault for the second goal, it was MA tactical decision which cost us!

Not the best, that was BZ's against Halifax. But yes a class finish. Second goal was a bullet as well.

He showed good composure to make a chance for himself. Whereas Richards showed all the composure of a donkey as he lay face-first grazing on the turf! :lolol:

One of the guys I went to the game with tonight likened it to a Peter Ward goal, he was right. The goal was absolute quality and I admit to applauding it.

Firstly, I must admit I am drunk after a night out. However, I saw the goal on ssn in the pub and conclude that your judgement is WRONG. if any of our defenders could be arsed to put a foot in, then he wouldn't have scored. god, it FUCKS me off when people are so enthusiastic in their praise for goals from the opposition, its as if the WANT us to fail

So are you honestly saying that an opposition player can't ever show a great bit of skill or good bit of play to score a goal, they can only ever score cos our players arn't comitted enough or are just shit? - if you are then it just shows how far in cloud cookoo land you actually live. Why can't people like you ever just admit that the opposition did well or scored a good goal or whatever, but no you can't, it always has to be because we are shit - do us a favor and give it a rest

We were caught by a quick counter attack for the fourth goal as we were pushing hard for an equaliser (something i bet you'd be the first on here complaining about if we hadn't have been trying to do i'd bet) - our players were trying to get back quickly but its hard to recover your position, and regain balance, especially as normally the attacking player would have looked to shoot early, (which is what the defenders were trying to block) and it was good skill and play by their forward to buy himself some time and space to get his shot away

It has absolutely nothing to do with people wanting us to fail.

We were indeed caught out on the counter, but Johnson was the best placed to cover and do something about that goal. What did he do ?....... he chose to just stand there and watch, that's what
