What a horrible way to die, especialy for the father & son dying together.
Some expert was saying earlier that GPS doesn't work that far down.
Not sure GPS works 1 foot down, does it? Relies on satellites.
Anyway, here's the full video...
The door is shut - from the outside - with 17 bolts!
(I appreciate that having a door which opens from the inside wouldn't make any difference, but still...)

It is horrific. One can only hope that if they pass away, it was catastrophic and rapid.I get the start of a panic attack if I spend too much time thinking about what they're doing/going through. Five people sitting in a 6m long tube, 2.4 miles under the sea, with limited oxygen just waiting to either die or be rescued and there's absolutely nothing they can do about it. It's horrific.

It's mad that other than being rescued alive that that's the next best outcome. But it is. It's better than running out of oxygen after four days of no oxygen and presumably very limited food/water and all the attendent horror that comes with the situation. It is horrific. Journey down was 2.5hr, I think? Similar back up, I guess... plus a few hours poking around. How long were they supposed to be in the tin death-trap ? It looks horrendously claustrophobic, cramped and uncomfortable as it is for any time at all, let alone for potentially days.
Looks bloody awful even for thatJourney down was 2.5hr, I think? Similar back up, I guess... plus a few hours poking around.
So designed for hours, not days...
I get claustrophobic, so it would be no good for me at all, but a previous passenger was interviewed on 5Live this morning and said it was very calm and relaxing, so much so that he fell asleep on the way down.Looks bloody awful even for that
Just to confirm, found something indicating it’s an 8 hour trip in total so that sounds spot onJourney down was 2.5hr, I think? Similar back up, I guess... plus a few hours poking around.

Fell asleep? F**ked-up Oxygen mix probably...I get claustrophobic, so it would be no good for me at all, but a previous passenger was interviewed on 5Live this morning and said it was very calm and relaxing, so much so that he fell asleep on the way down.
It was 3 hours long wasn’t it ? They’ll have time.Must be awful if you're sat in that thing at the bottom of the ocean waiting to die with 5 others. I wonder if they even got to see the Titanic?
