Love the game. I run a server off my local computer for a few friends and I to play on. We also get on skype so we can talk instead of type out a conversation.

My son does this - he runs his own server and has got school friends and people from America who regularly go on his world. He's always chatting with them on Skype.

Apparently his server is good because of the lack of lag(?)

He pays for hosting of a server at the moment but in a couple of weeks we will be on BT Infinity and he will host from his own PC.

Son built the 'Amex' the other day! Very impressed. Only problem is he keeps asking me to download mods. Whenever I do download them they send my antivirus in to hyper drive! No more son, no more...

My son is addicted to this game, when he's not playing it he watches others play it on YouTube.
Incredibly slows my PC down which gets on my tits.

My 7 year old boy does exactly the same.
