The Met Police must have breathed a huge sigh of relief with that Steve Morison goal. Things could change though...

Other than they'll now have X amount more to deal with for the final. Lose, lose situation for the old bill.

Is the lower tier below the away fans ever used?

No all the times i've seen the den on the FLS or on sky its never been used.
My best guess would be is that they can't put opposing fans above and below in case things get chucked, because it can't just be empty seats becuase this game is a sell out.

That's a very good point there Mr E. They probs put the seating in - hoping that a new ground would fill the locals with a new-found love & respect for the away supporters! :lolol:

I certainly haven't ever seen them being used (although I guess there would only be a few brave/hard/thick enough to be there if they were allowed to).

You have to admit, it is a great atmosphere there on nights like that. The players must love playing in it. Not so great when you've got some Bermondsey toe-rag balling you out for a dodgy pass on a normal Saturday.
