I'm DELIGHTED to say that in 56 years and having been out ( on average 5 times a week during my adult years ) that I have NEVER been involved in a fight, not even at School or in any social setting or even attending thousands of matches since Millwall 5 Hull 1 in 1963.

One did NOT attend the Effluent Archbishop Tenisons of Croydon but the ( vastly ) superior school of the same name opposite The Kennington Oval Cricket Ground ( indeed we had Latin lessons on the roof while enjoying Ken Barrington, John Edrich etc batting for Surrey ) .
