So we have the money to sign him but he'd rather go somewhere else?

If so, we should walk away from this one as well

Well, fountain of knowledge and the people's encyclopedia, Wikipedia, has been updated to say he plays for us, but we all know that's a load of tosh...

He's obviously burnt his boats with Emelec if he´s not going to Argentina with the team, and if they have accepted a bid from us they aren't going to be very happy with him. If it's simply him holding out for a better deal from us someone ought to warn him that playing poker with TB is not a good idea.

If it is just not being able to agree personal terms then there must still be a good chance that this can be sorted.

There's clearly been a bid made and accepted, unless lots of people are telling porkies. If so, why does it seem that Bozza and Naylor are saying it's not going to happen. Is that what they are saying? Or do they mean it's not all agreed just yet.

Maybe the Albion just don't want him.

Or is he not the true target and Bozza and Naylor know who is. (Has anyone seen Bozza & Naylor in the same room?)
