Anyone know if the red arrows were out around half seven on the 22nd?
I saw numerous trails in a closely matching path looking eastwards from north west corner of Queens Park can’t attach the (grainy) photo I took

Also a couple of images, whilst flying in a Hercules, which refulled the Phantoms in midair over the Falklands.
Not the greatest of images, but an experience not to forget.
Got so close, so as you can wave at the pilots
And the pilots could see you drooling over them!!
Wonderful times though
Hope you cleaned the windows after drooling on them? Thats why you were not allowed on a Tristar trail.....

Interesting reports in the last few days of F117 Nighthawks being spotted in the air over Nevada.
Officially, the Nighthawks were grounded and retired in 2008, but at least some seem to still be active in some capacity.
Heres a link to a site with pics and a vid allegedly taken today.

Apparently flying from Tonapah Test ranges ( not quite Area 51) .......back in 2006 in during my time on Tristars we flew out of Tonapah for a few days supporting 2 Jaguars ( only a year before they retired so no idea why they were at Tonapah!!) .
Tonapah was very strange.....security literally everywhere, cameras banned...as we taxied in/out all hangar doors automatically closed so nothing inside could be seen.
We stayed overnight in Vegas and just flew sorties out of Tonapah..
