They had what I would call players you`ll find sitting on the bench if not in the starting 11. They were awesome and the result was a credit to Palace seeing as we sholud have had a blatant Penalty on the 85th minute mark as Perry Mlikins will have no problem agreeing with me on and for once it wasn`t AJ being toppled over.

It was a Nicky Butt lookalike

Milan RESERVES

1.Julio Cesar
2.Javier Zanetti
3.Favalli
4.Materazzi
5.Pierre Wome
6.Dejan Stankovic
7.Esteban Cambiasso
8.David Pizzaro
9.Santiago Solari
10.Adriano
11.Obafemi Martins.

That looks a pretty much full strength team to me :)

I thought we did very well. Inter were probably only going about 85% but were pretty limited regards shots on target, i think Kiraly made about 4 saves and Speroni made 2.

The two goals were brilliant especially the second from Karagounis. I thought Ward played well enough since he was up against one of the fastest players in the world (Martins) and one of the best in the world (Adriano). Fitz Hall was my man of the match, didnt look out of place at all. McAnuff impressed me, certainly as good as Routledge for me. Macken didnt get much.

Cant wait for the game against West Ham today. You going to that as well Pezza? Thinking of getting a season ticket? ;)

There's a report on Inter's big match last Wednesday here

The curious thing is that they were playing Cagliari. They won 2-1 on penalties.

The Palarse failed to show up for their big match on Wednesday ... at the Dripping Pan.

I

Yeah, that's a decent looking team they put out. I read they left about 8 first team players at home. Which, if true, would suggest they have a pretty f***ing awesome first team.

Anyone who doesnt think palace will be up there with there current squad is either so bias its stupid or drunk.
They have a side with Johnson that should win this league by a mile.

Mackin and johnson are in my opion the best strike force in this league since forest won it with collymore
The Macken and AJ partnership has looked pretty shite thus far. Lets hope they try a bit harder when the season starts and your opinion becomes a fact ;)
