Midweek games on a Wednesday night

Surprised not to see a thread about this, but what did people think about a Wednesday midweek game instead of the usual Tuesday night?
I reckon it felt better to go to football, have a few beers etc, with half of the week gone, instead of Tuesday night, still remembering the weekend.

Oh of course we won as well. Not a regular feeling for recent midweek games.
