I think we should play with a tight midfield and encourage the front two to make runs out wide (allowing Forster to run into space)-

So the above formation with Cox more central would suit. We need to play to our strengths- we don't have any wingers so lets not play with wingers!

This looks quite solid, and familiar to the team as well. Not so sure Hammond plays better out wide than in the center but will be ok if we keep it narrow. Not really two out-and-out wingers but will do until we find some creativity. If Reid is not fit perhaps it will be a Robinson/Bas combo on the right?

We can't play Forster, he is our only striker. What if he gets injured, no sorry we just cant take that chance.

I cannot understand why everybody is putting Cox just behuind the strikers when HYammopnd has proved that he is the most effective support midfielder toth strikers so the midfield ina diamond should be IMHO;
