We were denied promotion by disgraceful refereeing. Mike Dean and his cronies have cost us £200 million. Their goal was offside, and Stephens got the ball. Now we're down one of our best players for all 3 play off games if we were able to get to the final (we won't). This summer will see all our best players leave and the gap between Prem-Champ widens. This was our best chance but it just won't happen now. Please bounce this when we win play offs

O c'mon! Yes, Dean was biased through the whole match and had a bad day generally, but Stephens' red card was actually fully deserved. Going studs up, hips high, hitting the man - that's a straight red in any league, end of story. Stephens was simply stupid. Overall, Hughton got this game plan wrong from the beginning. Players got nervous, made a lot of mistakes, that made them even more nervous, a f***ing avalanche. In the half time he got them back on track mentally, and reorganized the defence. Attack, however, remained as crappy as in the first half.
It was a great comeback to the match until Stephens got himself sent off, we have a good team, they are strong mentally (remember all those one-goal wins in the aumumn), but they simply didn't deserve a win today. They do deserve to win the play-offs though ...

If you're in the middle of the box, and there's only one other pass between the initial pass and you scoring, that has to be a) interfering with play, and b) not a separate phase of play.
As for the Stephens decision, it was a disgrace. The reason Ramirez is injured is because he's late to the ball. Not every injury is the result of a foul or a bookable offence. Mike Dean was an utter disgrace today, not just getting the two biggest calls wrong, but showing bias throughout the game - he lacked any form of consistency. There has to come a stage where questions are asked as to whether referees are actively making decisions to not get us promoted, as there's too many totted up over this season now.
