Here's an interview with a Jewish woman who bravely tried to stop the right-wing mob blocking aid:
The second attachment was very interesting, thanks. I'd never thought about Iran's 'forward defence' strategy in that way before.Uncertainly in Iran as President Raisi is missing after going down in fog. Raisi is a hardliner and potential successor to Ayatollah Khamenei. While Khamenei controls/directs the hostile forces in the ‘Axis of Resistance’, it is Raisi who has been the front person for relations with foreign states

A 'hardliner'? He's known as the butcher of Tehran. Confirmed dead but there’s unlikely to be any change to their foreign policyA 'hardliner'? He's known as the butcher of Tehran. Imagine how much of a f***ing butcher you must be to be dubbed *the* butcher of Tehran, in such a crowded field.
May he rot in hell
Couldn't have happened to a nicer person !Confirmed dead but there’s unlikely to be any change to their foreign policy
President Raisi's death a perilous moment for Iran regime - but don't expect a change to foreign policy
Raisi's successor after the fatal helicopter crash will most likely be the chosen candidate of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and certainly another ultra-conservative hardliner - a shift back to the moderates is highly unlikely, Alistair Bunkall explains.news.sky.com
Agreed. But anything that weakens that evil regime in the slightest is a good thingConfirmed dead but there’s unlikely to be any change to their foreign policy

Very good news.the International Criminal Court wants arrest warrants for Hamas leaders and Netanyahu, for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
It’s a statement of intent, nothing more at this stage. It maybe the Judges of the ICC won’t agree to issue the warrants against Netanyahu. The US won’t support it- they have maintained that Israel can monitor its own potential violations of international law.Very good news.
Why don't you mention Hamas leaders? As per the post you're responding to?It’s a statement of intent, nothing more at this stage. The US won’t support it- they have maintained that Israel can monitor its own potential violations of international law.
“The potential charges are likely to spark furor in Congress. In a recent open letter, ten GOP senators threatened to retaliate against the ICC for any charges brought against Israeli officials.
“If you issue a warrant for the arrest of the Israeli leadership, we will interpret this not only as a threat to Israel’s sovereignty but to the sovereignty of the United States,” the lawmakers wrote, making reference to a U.S. law that authorizes “all means necessary” to prevent any “U.S. or allied personnel” from facing prosecution.”
Israel isn’t a signatory of the ICC and doesn’t recognise its jurisdiction -
“ Netanyahu recently argued that an arrest warrant against him and other Israeli officials would represent an “unprecedented antisemitic hate crime” and “a distortion of justice and history.”
the most an arrest warrant will do is restrict Netanyahu’s travel to Countries that are signatories.
However, it is indeed good news that a Prosecutor of the ICC has laid out what most of us has been saying for months, Netanyahu is violating international law and likely committing war crimes against the Palestinian people and is now weaponising hunger as a tool of war.
What war crimes warrants would mean for Netanyahu, Hamas leaders
ICC charges would dramatically reduce freedom of movement for Israeli leadersresponsiblestatecraft.org

That the Prosecutor wants warrants issued for the arrest of Hamas Leaders for war crimes is a non- story. It goes without saying ( hopefully) that a terrorist organisation like Hamas have committed war crimes and should be punished for 10/7 - that’s their modus operandi. Why don't you mention Hamas leaders? As per the post you're responding to?
There are also fireworks and celebrations in Iran although I dread to think what will happen to those celebratingI counted 8 out of the first ten on my twitter feed lauding & sanctifying this subhuman today. The bots are busy & underlines where so many of them originate at the moment
