As MYOB said, it was purely called Yahoo!. This was about 12-15 years ago (hence the reference to the dark old dial-up days). I still remember getting my 56k modem and thinking it was lightning (compared to the 14.4k I had previously). Oh, how things change.

Yahoo! Mail is most popular mail product in Europe.

UK portal front page attracts millions of page impressions a day.

Right. I didn't mean that I thought literally no-one uses Yahoo nowadays.

I use Yahoo, always have done I guess you stick with what you feel comfortable. I like yahoo I know my way round and find it very user friendly Yaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhoooooooooooo
