Please help the old fool again!

I have reset my PC to factory settings to remove lots of old rubish etc but in so doing have lost the setting for the labels for envelopes on my Office. I use A4 sheets with 2 columns of 7 rows of labels and want to be able to type in 6 or 7 rows of the address as many letters now go to addresses that are on business parks etc. How do I set this under the customised labels with horizontal pitch vertical pitch etc. Many thanks for any help.

I don't know anything about this, but I hate to see a question go unanswered, so I searched on Office Help, and this page has some stuff on customised labels: How to create a custom label or modify an existing label in Word
Not sure if it's relevant to your exact query, and it looks like the article might be a bit out-dated, but it's the best I could do.

I use word to print out on to sticky labels on A4 sheets. Various formats column / row quantities & sizes etc.
What I've done is created a word template file and set up a table in it wih the required spacings between rows & columns.
Best to minimis / remove margins too.
Test a few times with border on to see that the alignment is good.
Then remove borders and enter whatever text you like in any font etc.
Make sure table cell width & height are fixed [not "at least"] so that the size remains locked.

Perfect for address labels, name / phone, whatever.

Simple enough but works a treat.

This is one of those issues that can fool a lot of people, but the solution is ultimately quite straight forward.
