Loyalty works both ways. Clubs show little loyalty to managers these days and you can hardly blame him for taking the job managing his boyhood club if offered - you only get one chance like that!

I would wish him good luck and hope that he does well but not too well at Falmer next season and people banging on about loyalty should consider the compensation that Sheff Utd give Port Vale will not be sneezed at. Loft and Frazer to Blades I think not but Virgo as a central defender is a possibility.
