Any fans of the wonderful Michael mcIntrye. I got his DVD yesterday and the guy has a great delivery and way about him. Its very amusing. Based on observations of human ways, Lee Evans watch out.

Ho hum. I've been wondering who this no-mark is popping up on every TV and radio show for the past month plugging his DVD, laughing at his own humourless observations. Funny old world. Well, not his, but somewhere.

I saw him live at the Dome, and he was brilliant. Very funny indeed.

Not as good as Frankie Boyle though. He is quality.

Michael Mcintyre is SO much cleverer and more amusing than Boyle. All of Boyle's jokes are crude and geared towards shocking people.

Mcintyre's observations and musings on everyday life are nothing short of geinus.

I saw him recently in Newcastle and it was probably the best stand-up show I have ever been to.

I actually think there is a greter weight of intellect behind Boyle's comedy. He knows his stuff on a number of different subjects.

Don't get me wrong, I think MM is great. But he does very obvious, everyday, observational comedy.

All his observations are spot on.

By the way, good to see you back.

Yes, only because it's been hard to avoid him recently. But then I think Billy Connolly is about as funny as making monkeys smoke B&H, so what do I know.

Fair enough. I think he is a thoroughly likeable bloke and do not like stand up comedy based on spitefulness and slagging people off which seems to be the norm for most of the stand ups.

He's really good I think. I SHOULDN'T like his delivery style, but do. As said about, he makes jokes on observations, which are funny, rather than go down the Boyle route of 'rape, blacks, scotland, rape'.

The Man Draw observations are spot on. I have all manner of useless shit in my drawers.

I don't think I've ever laughed at anything he's said. Whenever he's on one of those panel shows, he seems to be desperately trying to get in on everything and seems to find himself laughing at his own un-fully jokes. At school, he would have been that suck up kid that nobody likes. Anthropology isn't comedy.
