And USG and Japan rarely started him.....Just incredible. The best player in the PL.
Can’t believe he’s our player.

I was a big Potter fan but I’m questioning how we had this guy and Caicedo bumming about in Belgium last year. Surely those loan spells didn’t turn them into superstars… Happy to be proved wrong! And USG and Japan rarely started him.....

As much as I loved Ward I'm inclined to think even given the different eras that Mitoma is more skilfull. Ward in his jinking pomp was amazing to watch, but most of that was in the lower leagues. In Division one he was less prolific and less able to bamboozle defenders. Still one of our best ever players but Mitoma is something else! Let's see if he can do it over more than one season. Was Peter Ward similar to Mitoma? I was too young to watch Wardy.
I’ve been thinking exactly the same, but with Will Buckley in mind.I never thought I’d see a player for us in the Prem who gave me the expectanty levels that he gives in terms of beating players and match winning moments. Knockaert did it in the Championship but this is insane.
don't know about caicedo but I think mitoma had to be loaned out to get a work permitI was a big Potter fan but I’m questioning how we had this guy and Caicedo bumming about in Belgium last year. Surely those loan spells didn’t turn them into superstars… Happy to be proved wrong!
He started 14 out of the last 17 games he was fit to play for RUSG.And USG and Japan rarely started him.....

Wow... poetry in motion"Brighton would go on to win the game, deservedly, with a brilliant goal a minute and half into stoppage time.
It was beautifully taken by Karou Mitoma, a footballer who is basically made of feathers, dandelion spurs and some kind of super-light high-tensile alien metal.
In the tiniest of spaces, with the ball bouncing up like a balloon, Mitoma shifted his feet, leant inside, flicked the ball up off his right foot, delicately back-spun, hanging in the air like some divine orb, then propelled it with thrilling precision off the same foot into the far corner."
