Is that mention of the "EUFA" cup final between Spurs and Wolves a mis-print, or was there some name change? I would presume UEFA had always been called that, but 1972's considerably before my time (I was aged, er, minus seven) so I'm curious as to whether something happened that I'm yet to learn of.

Edit: great idea for a thread btw.

Being a young'un I've only witness 2 promotions first hand:

Beating Bristol City at the Millennium Stadium after the Leon Knight :)nono:) penalty. I don't remember much of the game to be honest, but I've heard it was otherwise pretty boring.

Winning 4-3 at home to Dagenham last season, which I think was the most tense game of football I've ever seen (I missed the Carlisle game due to work).

Like any thing European, they like to tinker. May not be exactly right but I think it was European Union of Football associations, but that's a bit British so now Union of (or 'de') European FA.
