One of the bad things about Wtherspoons is their customer service if you complain, as I did about The Crowborough Cross. They will try to fob you off with an excuse but if you stick with it and assure them that you wont be fobbed off they will send you a £25 gift card to use in any Wetherspoons on food or drink.

I dont know what word was blocked out but assume it began with C in which case you couldnt be further from the truth as anybody who knows Tim or h as spoken to him when he is visiting one of the branches would verify.
