Stewards were told to protect players off the pitch, and something about "and try and catch that portslade seagull chap". And something about a reward??

I did hear a couple of the lads in hi-vis saying "drat, and double drat, that portslade rat has eluded us again" as a strange cartoon dog held a paw over its' mouth chuckling; "sheez sheez sheez sheez" in an asthmatic wheeze.

It was a strange night
