Congratulation to me and Sheebo who demolished the field today in the Panto Race up Brighton Races. We had to take over from the slaughtered Rougvie and Goldstone Ghost at the last moment, but triumphed in style for brightonfans.com. How did the NSC chat team do, I didn't see?

I do believe that run IS the right word. We came a very respectable third I think. Not bad for a couple of 40 somethings! I had the easy end (the head) and Brovian was a fantastic rear end! I still think that a stewards enquiry should have been called as Sheebo and Dawsey weren't actually joined together for a good chunk of the race! Also they had an unfair advantage - they were young and fit!

As Trigger said on the way out - marvellous scenes :lolol:

Well done Sheebo and Dawsey and their connections Coxy (Owner) and Rougvie (trainer). :drink:

Oh, and I tipped the winning "horse" in my earlier thread! :lolol:

I doubt that Brovian has ever been described as a fantastic rear end before?

Who were the comical ones who didn't try to race but did the daft walk and taking bows all the way down the course?

Sheebo was a little bit to fast for me at some stages, but I did hang onto the end of the horse right until the end so NO stewards enquiry needed at all!!!!

We were also both sober which helped us no end!!!

Marvellous scenes indeed, can't wait to see the pics if there is any.
