He has to earn his place back, he cant just walk into the first team. At the moment El Abd and McShane are in good form so i would stick with them.

Hinsh will take some time to get match fit again, even when recovered from his injury. Would love to see him and McShane together, although you'd probably need them to play with a bigger defender as part of a three to compensate for a lack of height.
