It’s so great to see English sides of all age groups performing well. I feel times are changing and the grassroots investment is starting to pay off.

Missed the last 10 minutes of the half and the goal, but it's a surprisingly decent performance so far considering the number of absentees. Turkey look decent, but unspectacular. Sanders and Lewis are the two standouts for me.

The timing of the tournament (during pre-season) for this age group is awful, but most of the teams are in the same boat and have multiple absentees.
