I have to admit I don't watch that many Bulgaria games. Did he play well in that one? Who was it against?
He's got a good footballing brain, that is clear, and that negates any real need for pace in a defensive midfield position, but at fullback I'd be worried that it wouldn't. I'd be surprised if he ever has to play there for us anyway.
