Thunder Bolt
Silly old bat
Bloody hell, I have always been 100% convinced it was Hooper, thanks for correcting me!
So was I, until I was corrected on Nsc. Hooper did make a horrible mistake at the Amex so it's easy to get them confused.

Only himself to blame, as an ex local referee any abuse directed towards them for whatever reason cannot be tolerated
Oh **** off!
No retrospective action for penalties given after the final whistle which was also 3 minutes after added time should have finished.
Or for Refs too clueless to know they should have given a goal rather than bottle it and rule it out,
Nor for VAR failing to see that the ref was right and the foul was outside the area.
Or for Kane making a back for Lallana and endangering another player
Or Maguire pulling back Welbeck, without even a view from VAR.
Just **** off.
If the charge is for his actions after receiving the red card, then I could see this effectively being a second red card offence, so that the 2 game ban becomes a 5 game ban. (2 for the 1st offence, and then 2+1 for the continued abuse)
The best the player and club can hope for is the 2 game ban stays in place and he is warned about his future conduct and pays a sizable fine, so that the is available for selection against Arsenal.
To approach the referee after the final whistle, and not immediately, some time had passed, to give him a load of abuse is lacking professionalism in all honesty. All those things above are mistakes. Even in a parks game, you could be having a right old ding dong with some players, or having a go at the ref, but come the final whistle, game is done, shake hands, move on. Quite honestly leave your passion on the field up to the final whistle. He's cost himself a ban for being a prat, he even risks missing games at the start of next season. Really not good despite you list of other things going against us.
I normally like your sense of humour but that’s below the belt given the hate for Maupay from quite a few NSCers
No doubt you’ll get plenty of “likes” though
I wouldn't be surprised if Maupay has played his last game for us. I don't and never will slate players even Ally J as they try their best Irrespective whether they are good enough for the prem. I like Maupay's passion but feel Potter will get a better striker and Maupay will be off.
I think he'll stay. Preferably, however, in a second striker role rather than leading the line. If we can bring in an instinctive goal scorer for Maupay to play alongside, then I think we'd be in a very, very good place. Maupay scoring 8-10 a season alongside a 15-a-season lead striker would see us well up the table.
Whilst not condoning his behaviour, how often do you see players mouthing off at the officials during games and escape punishment? You don't have to be an expert lip reader to tell what four letter expletives players are launching at the ref- and it rarely gets punished
There are only 6 players in the whole PL with 15 goals this season. How many millions have you got?
Exactly this.
Too many posters on here who seem to live in cloud cuckoo land. The very few players who, a) might be available, and b) would guarantee you a 15 goal return, would cost an absolute mint.
Just one outside of the top 6. We need other players to score goals, instead of expecting Maupay to do it all.

There's a reason why West Ham and Leicester are as high in the table, as they are.
I'm not denying any of that.
It's just the consistency of retrospective actions, I have been aware of over the years that pisses me off.
What about Guendouzi last season?
Apparently No case to answer for throttling an opponent after the game.
