I put on another thread, I got the tube with Maty and his Mum yesterday. He was sound and told me how much the supporters are in this with them. He was annoyed at how we conceded the goals without finger pointing (a good sign as he’s striving for perfection like all players should.) I told his mum he was a legend as he gives his shirts etc to the kids and this means a lot to the fans. Really nice guy.
Nah, you can see his weight shift onto the other leg, he was going the wrong way.

The icing on the cake on Saturday was not having the dampener of a late consolation goal for Spurs. Maty was solid!��

Apparently it's because the opposition keep hitting their shots at him!!!
As said elsewhere, for me, Maty was the final 10/10 performance.
I'm so pleased he actually earned it as per the rest of the team.

The two saves from Moura were great considering he'd had nothing much to do. On the first closed the distance down very quickly and on the second he got down quickly to a rapid low shot that was headed for the bottom corner.

Wrist of an ox, or seasoned masturbator. I don't know, but that save with his left hand was superb. Determined to keep the clean sheet, hope him and the defence enjoy their clean sheet bonus. Much deserved.
