Eugene Bopp has scored both goals for Portsmouth who are leading 2-0 against Havant.:lolol:

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
Portsmouth have something like 15 contracted players and losing them by the minute. Desperate times, until the takeover goes ahead (Has it?). Would be great to see them back at their natural level.

Such a shame that clubs need to spend beyond their means to get anywhere in football.

Hmm Bopp was at Forest when Hart was in charge so obviously he knows how to get the best out of him.

With Lynch going and Harding signing for the scummers I'd be happy to see Richards here as cover for Jimmy.

We need a specialist LB, as McNulty may not be ready for months. No doubt Slade is going to do something about this before the season starts, as it would be pretty unprofessional to start the season with backups in all other positions and yet without a specialist LB at all. At the moment I'd be happy to see Richards sign.

Yep yep, yet again the professionals have got it all wrong and someone on NSC who probably hasn't been to more than 20 games knows better. :thud:

To be fair, we don't want him, Orient didn't want him, Yeovil didn't want him, so it is a bit of a surprise if he ends up on trial with a Premiershit club

Not sure about Oribent (probably too small a club) but HE turned Yeovil down. Still can't for the life of me see why we haven't snapped him up. I have only seen McNulty play 3 or 4 times times so wont comment on him but Richo has been our best left back for years otherwise.

Still, it's Slades choice and we have to trust him.

You don't speak to me, I'd be happy with him. Give him a bit of help from midfield when the opposition have a very quick winger and he'd do fine. Our defenders were left totally exposed by our paceless shit midfield last season. Richards had a few mares but he was also our best player in a few games as well. I think it's an NSC myth that he's shit

Keep meaning to ask....is your avatar picture the Chicago corn cobs?

And yes, I would happily take Richards (if we couldn't get Borrowdale back)

I'm sorry if you can't see that he's lightweight, can't pass, bottles challenges - let's get someone in who can do the job properly.

We're a different Brighton now, so why make the same mistakes?
