Assume you're joking, but year, not season
There are 17 weeks still left in the year so technically it could be this !!

Others have interpreted blooms quote as 8-12 weeks. You would think it's gotta be closer to 3 months until he's training again. Fingers crossed.

Yep, noted that. Thought it was very unusual of Bloom to use language like that. Definitely not happy.
We know he cares for the club passionately -thats why we love him , he would have worked his socks off to get the club to this stage and tried to pull all the stops out for certain players -- he will still be thinking daily about that tackle

Quick headline on Talksport just now "Good news with regards to Matt O'Rileys injury for Brighton" with more details in the full update at 1.

Hmmmm.....
This will just be a repeat of what FH said during the conference. Recovering well and will be back relatively soon - assume that means he will be back in 2 months rather than 3+.

Just seen the video of him working out on the clubs website and even though I'm sure he is still some way off playing, it's great to see him bearing full weight on his ankle and doing all the strengthening and conditioning work without any ankle supports. Good positive signs. See 2mins 43sec into video. Looking forward to seeing him back in action.

That’s great to see. He was still wearing a protective boot when we saw him stood pitch side before the Wolves game 2 weeks ago. To go from a boot to being able to support your own weight plus what is likely a 20kg barbell without additional ankle bracing is pretty good in less than 14 days is a fantastic sign his recovery is going very well.

What a debut. Looked quality even despite the goal - but what composure for the winning finish. Can you imagine spending months on the sideline , then going on to make your debut and having the chance to beat City... and you remain cool to only f***ing put away the winner.

Going to be a real fans favourite.
