[Albion] Match ticket on Iphone

My Albion ticket has completely disappeared off my iphone from my wallet

Anyone else had this just happen?

Flashed up that it had been replaced by a Dec 22 ticket for an Arsenal game which is now showing as an expired pass

How do I reinstall the ticket to my phone, anyone know?

Mine is still showing the Man City game!

I'm not sure if they've run the updates yet?

Switch automatic updates off and then on again, that usually solves it

Scroll down to the bottom of your wallet and there should be a link for expired passes. Click on this and it should bring up all old tickets, somewhere amongst them is likely to be your season ticket. If you select it there should then be an option to unhide it.

Once it’s back in your wallet click on three dots in the right hand corner, select pass details and then drag down from the top of the screen to force and update.

If it’s not in your expired passes login to your account on the ticketing website. Once logged in click on your name and then season tickets and you should be able to download from there. If it won’t let you download it then supporter services can help over the phone.

Thanks. Didn't have the same issue as @Flounce but I'd forgotten how to manually refresh the ticket. Mine's now showing the Stains game.

I had the same problem and most of my things in Apple wallet have disappeared. Not in expired passes either.

First try going into settings for wallet and turn off “hide expired passes” for five seconds then turn it on again.

If above doesn’t work you can redownload your ST from the App by selecting your name in the top right corner (may have to put your phone on landscape to see it) then select season tickets and download it from there.
