Can anyone explain it easier?

And how do you download the btsport app on a now box? I can't find it

Have you got a laptop or similar to log into the bt.com/matchpass?

To get the BTSport app on a Nowtv box go into My Apps and search for it.

I can’t get my bt pass to work on iPad or iPhone 10, but does work on an old laptop. Unfortunately I’ve activated it too early and have got Watford game. I’m hoping if I just leave it running, that I’ll still get the Brighton game, big hope though!

You need to download it first from the app store menu option. Then go to my apps and will be there.

It's case sensitive.

If you have copied and paste make sure you haven’t copied any spaces

This all sounds great but it doesn’t work.

If you can, use it on a pc/laptop then connect to tv via hdmi cable
