Offside is always clear and obvious you are either offside or you arent. So clear and obviously offside it doesnt say you will be let off if it is just 1cm

Good use of VAR for the pen. Encroaching and keeper off the line.

The keeper was barely off the line i think that would have been ok after what the FA said during the womens WC but it has always annoyed me players running into the box before the penalty is taken.

Reports are that they didn't consider the goalkeeper's position, it was retaken because Declan Rice encroached.
