Utter Shambles, the Airline Pilots food was far better put together, but he was too restrained so we wouldn't have had the tearful loves, darlings its for my dear old dad, this has utterly changed my life guff the BBC clearly need for these shows.

I thought our Kenny pulled it out of the bag a bit tonight, third favourite going into it, (IMO) but had a storming last round.

I still think cooking programmes have a basic flaw though, you can't taste the food, a bit like watching a music show with the sound turned off.

I think I've watched every series. It's how you cook on the day. Over the series he didn't deserve it but pulled it out of the bag in the final.

Tonight's final very much reminded me of our two leg semi play off final with Swindon.

He's basically Adam Virgo.

I also felt sorry for him that the professional chef didn't remind him about the cauliflower left in the oven yesterday. As referees tend to "even up" mistakes they had made, I felt that was the reason he got through to the final irrespective of his unset rhubarb jelly.

Do one, Snowflake

I will later.

Someone in Balham won once, although I didn't know at the time.

I walked past a pub on the way home on finals night. Looking in the window, thought it was a bit odd - it appeared all the staff were surrounding a big TV in the corner.

Went home and watched the final.

Read months later it was a women who worked in there. Had obviously won many months before didn't tell anyone and they all watched the final together.

Just finished watching on catch up. Really pleased for Kenny, seems like a top bloke.

Really enjoyed this whole series actually, high standard of cooking and they all seemed very likable.

How many times a show is Jon torode legally contracted to say “for me”

?

Masterchef has really upped its game this year - just by them being more positive. You can find them monumentally irritating but now they say something nice and you think oh well they aren’t that hateful after all.

Same old crap programme, straight to the money shot food porn. Contestants spend 3 hours producing about a tablespoon of food per plate while in the real world we are polarised between gorging on Pringles, pizza, Dorito's and Coke or existing on basics like Rice, Pasta and tins of Tuna from food banks. Roll on Soylent Green...
